I purchased a ringtone from iTunes on my computer but the tone won't load into my Tones folder in iTunes nor will it load into ringtones on my iPhone. I have seen this problem in several forums and tried some of the suggestions. No luck so far - would love some suggestions! Would love Apple to fix this.
