iCloud Help after Updating to iOS 7

I just updated to iOS 7 and now the Apple ID that is showing is an old email address that I no longer use nor have access to. It's not and never has been my Apple ID and I don't have a password to enter for it. I cannot delete the account because it asks for the password before deleting Find My Phone. I'd like to use icloud but cannot figure out how to delete this account to get the correct iCloud account setup.

Any help would be much appreciated.
