No sound on iPhone

My volume us up, sound on. No sound will play through any music service (iTunes, Pandora, etc). No sound will play for text alerts or phone calls. Only sound I hear is when I preview a ringtone. Just updated to iOS 7. Have turned phone on/off numerous times with no change.
