Instagram on ios7 not working!

So i did not update any apps before getting iOS 7. (Stupidly) so i downloaded ios7. now my instagram does not work. I log in and the loading circle just keeps circling and eventually the page will time out and i have to start the process over again. I went to update it and it says that is updated in the App Store but it can't be! This is very frustrating. All the other apps work. So please help me fix this!
