Ghost Apple ID

So I just upgraded to IOS7 and am trying to login to my iCloud account, but it keeps popping up with my old Apple ID account for the password. The account that it has not longer is active and does not have a password. Every time I try to enter a password it says it's incorrect. I can't figure out how to change the account to my current one.

Also, every time I try to delete the account it asks for a password. Again there is none.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7
