Q: Having issues syncing my music?
Recently, I upgraded my iPod touch generation 5 to iOS 7. Also, I had to upgrade my iTunes to the latest version so that it would be compatible. I was experiencing problems connecting to the Wifi so I restored my iPod and tried to backup everything again. I successfully backed up everything except for my music. First of all, my iPod only synced less than half of my music and some of the music that is currently on my iPod is not even in my iTunes library. Everytime I try to sync it again I get an error message saying that my iPod "cannot be synced. An unknown error occured (-50)." My music won't sync to my iPod and I would really like to have it put back on. Also, whenever I listen to music, since half of my library isn't synced my iPod skips a lot of songs & it gets frustrating. All my songs do show up with the name, artist, and album but the ones that aren't synced are grayed out.
Any help woudl be great!
Side note: I have already tried the suggestion to shut down my iPod and try to reconnect it but it didn't help.
