No sounds on my 4s at all

My daughter updated my Iphone 4s with the newest version and now I have no sound AT ALL. No message alert, or ring whèn a call is incoming and I cant hear the person speaking when I answer the phone. I also have no keyboard clicks or music. I can hear music if I have it on a docking station. I have backed up and restored my phone but this hasn't worked at all. Help!!
