Problem with my apps

I just updated my iPad recently to iOS7. Unfortunately, there's some issue regarding about my back up apps. So, i redownload it but when I sync it with iTunes, the newly download app suffer the same problem with my back up app, which is unable to install? I try to install my apps from my back up, but it wouldn't work.
