Recover Apple ID !

I can't log in to my apple id, "Your Apple id or password was entered incorrectly" appeared to me. I tried to reset my password by "forget my password' with the two available ways first by email authentication and I didn't get any email and then by answering the security questions, it asks about the birth date and it tells that the information I entered doesn't match the record. I tried to create another id with the same email address, it was available and not used. How can I recover my apple id?
