hi, i upgraded my storage on monday by 10gb which i was very happy with, when i tried to download the new i0s7 on wednesday apple informed me i didn't have enough storage, (which i did) as i'm not very tech minded i took a picture of that command and i brought another 20gb, much to my disappointment it gave th same message, i noticed on your terms and conditions as long as i contact you within 15 days i can have a full credit.

i am happy to keep the 10gb storage anuual charge @14 pounds but do not wish to continue with the 20gb please can you give me full details of who i have to contact to get a full refund of 28 punds sterling. apple id sl_jones@live.com.au
