Lost iPod - options?

Hello,

I bought an iPod click wheel years ago which was stolen. I didnt do anything much about it at the time, however at the moment I'm thinking, ''someone out there is using it''. They must be connecting to itunes. What options to I have? I have the serial number and i'm the registered owner on my account. Can Apple assist in any way?
