If i am right the newest Gen. of iPhones doesn´t support the newest std. of Apples own/new Technology?
I´m kind of confused if i am just wrong, or if it´s really not possible. I didn´t read anything about this at diffrent Pages/Tests etc.

You are correct. The tech specs for the iPhone 5s state that it supports:
802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi (802.11n 2.4GHz and 5GHz)
So it supports up to "n" speed, but not "ac"
