I can't get video sharing via icloud to work. It looks like it works, but when you try to open shared video on the other device it just keeps loading forever.
Although shared video works fine via icloud website

same for me. Shared Video can be viewed on iCloud Photostream website, appleTV with latest software and the device, the video was uploaded from. But not on different iOS 7 devices.

I have the same problem with iOS7 devices with an addition; that shared videos from iOS 7 device (iPhone 5) cannot be veiwed in iphoto (macbook air and iMac) under Photo Stream. The icon for the video exists but it does not contain the video file(s).
I've searched thru few forums, in couple of places the problem is stated, but no place gives any indication of a coming answer. On iOS7 - shared videos won't play, looks buggy - needs fixing.
Same here. Sharing with ios 7 on iphone 4, I can see the icon for video on iMac, Apple TV with latest software but no video. On the other hand, with an ipad 2 with ios7, it works! Steve, come back!
Hi, i have the same problem, my friends too. I try to make short (10s) video on iPhone 4S with IOS7, share via iCloud photostream with my friends with IOS7, but nobody can play this video, just loading and loading. The same problem is on my iPad mini (IOS7). Very interesting is, that video is working on Apple TV with latest IOS6 update and working in web browser (photostream is public).
If you have some tips, how to resolve, i will be happy.

Did anybody talk to Apple Support or has seen/ read an offical statement about this problem?
Some say it worked on ios7 beta and GM. So I think only an iOS update will fix it.
Version 7.0.2 does not solve this problem..
Same issue! Really a pain. I was excited to see some high quality dirty videos from my girl, but now I'm extremely bummed! Apple please help! We're 7000 miles away for 3 months. Throw me a friggin bone here!
Make it a public album and send her the URL. In the meantime we'll have to wait for Apple to fix it, after we ll reported it through feedback. I'd go for:

I've been getting this error on a shared photostream that is private. I keep getting a message stating "Resource Unavailable" after it attempts to load for a few minutes.
It did work in the past because I know some family members said they did see the video, but now nobody can attempt to watch the video on iOS devices. Windows and Mac OS still works, but it may be because those devices will copy the video locally to a temp folder on the hard disc and play from there.
I also noticed that Photostream has limits for how many photos can be viewed in an hour, and in an entire day:
