On the new software my phone is locked into an account that I have now changed the e-mail address for, basically not allowing me to log in since this e-mail doesn't exist anymore with iCloud. When I try to take the account off, it just asks me for the password to confirm and it is always wrong considering the e-mail change. How do I change the account on my phone without using the password?

I think that I have a similar problem. When I updated to 7, iCloud would not take my Apple ID. After three tries I tried my old .me ID and it accepted it but warned that it "was not the primary account." Now I cannot get past the Terms and Conditions to change it back because the "Server is not available." The result is no mobile connection to iCloud, although it works fine on the airbook.
I'm in similar boat...wish I was here to help, but nope. I also need to delete iCloud off my phone with iOS7 because it is linked to old email. I type i the password associated with this email and it is not accepted, like juliemelissa. Caught in a hole!

It's actually popping up on my 4S that I have to accept the new T&Cs, but when I go to iCloud setting and try to view them, I get an "Unable to connect to server" message, not the server not available. I bet that it's seeing my .me account and disallowing the T&C because it isn't the "main" account.
How do I change the iCloud account on my phone?
