Automatic Updates over data tied with iRadio?!

Ok, so I got all pumped about being able to do automatic updates with ios7 but I didn't want it to do it over data.

But then I see there is an option to change so it won't update over data! Awesome!

But when I do that, I find out that it also won't let me use my iTunes Match over data, or iTunes Radio.

Is there any way I can tel my phone to use data with iTunes Match and iTunes Radio and NOT with automatic updates?

I don't see why these three are lumped together? Two of them are music streaming services, and one is downloading apps/music/books, etc
