No, the Mac Book does not have a backlit keyboard (unfortunately).

No, there was never a "titanium" PowerBook G4 with a backlit keyboard. The later 15 or 17 inch "aluminum" PowerBook G4s had a backlit keyboard. 🙂

I had a 15" (well still do trying to sell it) and it has a backlit keyboard and to be perfectly honest I never really got much out of it. At least for my usage patterns it was not feature for me. I certainly don't miss it now that I'm on the MacBook

I bought a Compaq laptop w/ 120GB & 2GB RAM, 15.1" screen -- I want to move to mac and love the white MacBook but these seem to be inferior to the MacBook Pro's, but I can trick out out to 2GB Ram, 200GB HDD @ £1,100 which I thinks alright:

But the screen is still a 13" (understandable for the physical size, this is a restiction I find w/ nike trainers i.e. the rare good ones only go up to size 7 (UK))

But I also wanted some backlit keys, I'm not the only one. I think the MacBook is a little old now? about 1yr, is it going to get an update sometime soon? if so would the keys be changed to glow does anybody think?
