I have 4s and after upgrading ios to last version i got recovery mode. What i can do ?

now i see the ituens symbole and the usb cable picure on my screen and the iphone is dead.

even restore action didn't work.

i pay to format my iphone ,and restored all apps from my backup and try again to update the ios7 from itunes.

it happened again. after itunes extracting the files ,i got error.message again.

I have xp os, and the computer don't recognize the usb cable.

Can you help me ?
