iPhone 5, iOS 7, itunes 11.1 for mac
iPhone 5, iOS 7, itunes 11.1 for mac
Had this problem today when I went to sync today for the first time this year (Jan 1st). ITunes reported that the free-bee Winni-the-Pooh wasn't authorized, and would be deleted. Put in my password multiple time which failed. Tried the suggestion to re-start the iPhone while still attached to the computer (hold down home and power buttons on the iPhone at the same time). That seemed to work.
This just happened to me. I just logged out of my iTunes on my macbook, deauthorized my macbook, logged back in iTunes on my macbook, updated my software on my iPhone, Checked manually manage music and video, pressed Apply and it worked.
I have the same issue, I cant sync because it says I am not Authorized. I log my ID out of iTunes, I log back in, I Authorize both iTunes accounts and it goes around again. I cant de auth all computers because I have already done that in the last 12 months, not that I think that will solve the issue.
I have the same problem. It must be related to Ios7.
Had the same problem. I just sign out of iTunes and back in, my problem is solved.
Mac Mini (2012 late), i7 2.6g, 16g RAM, 10.8.5
iPhone 4 - IOS 7
The same problem, I'm using iPhone 4S with newly upgrade to iOS7 and new Macbook Air (mid 2013) running iTunes 11.1
Hope Apple will release the update soon.
I have the same problem, but if I go to music tab of iTunes and do a sync it works.
The same. iPhone 4/iOS 6.1.3 | iTunes 11.1. Tried re-login, re-authorize device. Nothing helps
Solved my problem:
Just authorized my new macbook with wife's account and sync successed.
Probably she purchased something on my iPhone with her own ID
Problem solved.
Restore the iPhone as a new one, solved all my problem
I am also having the same problem. I don't want to restore my iphone as this will lose all my app data.
I'm using an Iphone 4 (not updated to OS7) and Itunes 11.1
Can anyone help?
I do have the same problem too. I don't know recently updated itunes to 11.1 and today I tried to install a free app and this message occurs no matter what I ve tried.
I dont want to perform a master reset to iPhone yet... hope apple will come up with a fix.
iPhone 4 / iOS 6.1.3
There is a by-pass to this. Instead of syncing just make some changes in photos or music or tones - and press apply. That's it iTunes will sync normally. Just don't press sync.
Cheers!
Have just tried this and no luck 😟
Hmm worked for me just now :/ Try logging out of iStore accounts on both your phone and iTunes.
