I upgraded to iOS7. I seem to have lost the ios 7 Settings > iCloud > Documents

I upgraded to iOS7. I seem to have lost the ios 7 Settings > iCloud > Documents & Data selection.

I see all other settings such as Mail, Contacts, Calendars. But no Documents & Data. See screen shot below.

What's going on?
