I have iMessage set up on my phone and two computers. When I send a text, it shows on all three. But when I delete a text, it doesn't. I end up with ton's of texts on the computers when I get back to them, and I have to delete each text 3 times

In this case "Sync" only means "Display on All Devices".
There is no integration of what you do with an iMessage on one device effecting the iMessages on another.
There is no workaround.
