I can't delete music from the cloud

I bought Itunes match subscription few days ago and now I just want to delete some music in my library.

I delete it from the cloud as well but every time Itunes Match refereshed, the deleted music is back.

I don't know what to do..

But I don't have a mac and Turning off and on Itunes Match doesn't work.
