I keep getting the following message on iCal: "is not a location that supports this request" mac 10.8.7. Any help would be great.

This issue seems to have more than one cause, and several possible fixes have been reported. I can't personally verify any of them.
3. Delete calendars for which you're a delegate.
from the Finder menu bar. From the folder that opens, move these subfolders (some may not exist) to the Trash, leaving the Library folder open:
Relaunch Calendar and test.

I did not actually have to delete my account from the accounts list. I disabled it. Quit Calendar. Then restarted. And enabled the account again.
I no longer seem to be getting the message. Thanks again.
