Ios 7 reading list
How so one adds sites to reading list IOS 7. Have tried cannot add.

There is an "Add to Reading List" button in the popup that appears if you tap the Share button (square with upward pointing arrow). That will add the current page. If you press and hold on a link, after a couple of seconds a popup will appear that contains "Add to Reading List" and some other choices like "Open in New Tab".
