Q: iCloud stuck on wrong apple ID

I have the same problem when I updated to IOS 7 my IPad.

I tried all the ways, including calls..  and my next step is gonna be reset the phone. I am 24hours with this problem. If somebody find the answer please share with us. Good Luck for all of us!

i am having the same problem, spoke to Apple and they said i should b able to go into phone and sign out and sign in with new icloud id but the icloud is grey and wont let me change it on my iphone!! They r ringing me back on sunday morning to check up on progress so hopefully they will help me sort it then. will keep u posted.

I'm having the same issues. Grr I've spent the last couple of days troubleshooting and nothing is working. I even put my phone into recovery mode and tried resetting it but that didn't work either. I'm having issues with my imsg and some apps too.

Right!! I've just went into Apple ID, changed my email back to old one, verified, giving me back my old Apple ID. Went to iCloud on my phone deleted account cause I can now enter password for old log in. Then went back and changed Apple ID email to new email address and verified then signed in anew to iCloud on my iPhone!! Phew. All up and running again hoorah!!

The problem for me is that my old email no loger exists as my service provider closed...

I ended up just removing my iCloud account & adding it again with the correct Apple ID. Hope this helps. It will ask for your password to remove the account. I entered the password attached to my current Apple ID & it worked.

Same issue. I start hating apple bad design. That kind of issue should not happen. Apple, just make it work!

Confirmed, just had the same issue. I was able to change my Apple ID back to the old one and log in to iCloud on my phone using my current password and delete the iCloud account & turn off "Find my iPhone". I was able to do this WITHOUT having to verify the old email account (even though I still have access to it, it wasn't necessary). Changing my Apple ID primary email back to my current one and then re-logging in to iCloud on my phone using the current Apple ID solved the issue..
