I am trying to order prints and the "quick order" option only gives me the choice of "wallet size 4 per page" and i need to change the size to 5x7?

At the upper right hand corner of the order window use the drop down menu to change the size from wallet to 5x7:
Also be sure you've cropped the images to 5x7 so that you will get exactly what you expect to get in the prints. Otherwise the image will be scaled to fit 5x7 stock with some of the image deleted from the larger dimension.
