I am not able to get iOS7 and Chase Mobile to work together. I have deleted app on both computer and phone, reinstalled and still no working together. Apple refers me to Chase Bank. Chase Bank says no other reports of the problem. This leaves me stuck with a non functional app for Chase Mobile. Maybe I just have to live without it. Any suggestions?

Using it fine here. It would definitely be Chase's fish to fry. Try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it.

You're not alone. I spent a few hours at work trying to fix my buddy's. He had an iPhone 4, iOS 7, and after he tries to log on, it says verifying and then boots him back to the log in screen. The app starts up fine, just can't seem to log in. I have an 4S myself and my Chase app works fine. Might be just the 4?
Rudick, the app will launch to the point of "showing up" in expanded version, more than just the single beginning icon, but after expanding it will not all me to log on, telling me that they can't process my request "at this time" and to "try again later." I went onto the iTunes site when Chase Mobile can be downloaded and read the reviews. There are a TON of criticisms listed there that apply to Chase Mobile. Lots of bad press that Chase ought to respond to, but they say "no problem" that they are aware of. I'm going to call Chase and refer them to the iTunes site. Wish me luck.
What you described Berrier is exactly what are experiencing aswell.
Hi friend, I had a iphone 4 and Chase Mobile worked fine. Only when I upgraded to iOS7 did the problem arise. Check out the iTune "reviews" of Chase Mobil, on the page when Chase Mobile can be downloaded via iTunes. Read the reviews. A TON of criticism is on that page. I'm calling Chase back and refering them to that iTunes page. Wish me luck.
Ya I saw the reviews. Hopefully that gets their attention because I cat find any type of support of Chase's website. Let me know what they say when you call them.

Hi DedalusUlysses, I did call Chase and was told that in the last couple of days they have reveived tons of complaints about the Chase Mobile app. They said they were in contact with Apple about this. They are communicating and they reported that Apple is working on on update for iOS7 to make it work with Chase Mobile and, apparently, with several other Banking apps. So my friend, I guess we just have to wait until something is released for us to access to make it all better.

Interesting...I have iOS7 & iPhone 4..Chase Mobile doesn't work. It works fine on my iPad Mini. Contacted Chase several times and they indicated they are aware of issue and 'should' be resolved Monday (9/22).
