Bonjour Service is not available

Im am running windows 7 enterprise. Im on a Dell vostro 3360.

I download the newest Bonjour from apples site, the 64bit vertion.

Im trying to install a third part software call AirServer.

When I install it say Bonjour is not avalible.

When I check the services, Bonjour is not even there, so I uninstalled and tryed again, no luck.

When I go to start > all programes > Bonjour >> I get an error saying "Bonjour Service is not available"

I have rebooted, removed Bonjour, reinstalled Bonjour, installed Itunes.
