Talking Tom after ios7 update: Tom does not hear me! How to solve this?

If yes:

iOS: Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store

Contact the developer/go to their support site if only one app.

Restore from backup. See:

Restore to factory settings/new iPodOtherwise:

- Make sure the mic hole is clear and unobstructed. It is the little hole on the back by the camera lens(if has back camera). For the 16 GB one without the back camera the mic hole is on the top edge near the center.

Otherwise:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

iOS 7 users must allow microphone access or Talking Tom will not be able to hear you and talk back.

Go to

Setting>privacy > microphone> talking tom> on

Now hope the prob is solved ...:)
