Q: Apple TV Update

Hi, is anybody experiencing problems with the update from Sept 20, 2013? After downloading and installing the update my Apple TV flashes several times per second and appears to be in the loop for quite a while. How much time is the update expected to take? It looks as though the update failed. Thanks for any hints, Zed

Did you interupt it or restart it? It should not take more than half an hour. Sounds like the update failed or was inturpted. You will have to connect it directly to a computer via the USB cable to fix it.

Brian, It appears this is happening to a lot of customers. They aren't interrupting or restarting their ATVs.
