How do I get rid of having to put in pass code to use my iPhone or iPad?

Settings/TouchID & Passcode. Enter your passcode. Tap Turn passcode off.

Settings>General>Passcode Lock

enter your passcode

then the option to "Turn Passcode Off" will be available.

Enter passcode again.

Voila

Ok l went to settings and I didn't see the on off for the lock

You can turn off your auto lock from Settings/General. But then you risk not securing your phone/iPad.

It's not working turnpass ode off is not coming up

Go to settings - Touch ID & passcode - enter your passcode - tap on turn passcode off. If you do this, anyone who has your phone can see everything on it. I would not do this myself.

Go to settings, go to Touch ID &a passcode, there you will find the turn on or off passcode.
