LED Flash When Ringing
On previous ios versions, it was possible to adjust the settings so that the LED would flash when there was an incoming call. Is this possible with iOS 7?

settings-general-accessibility section there is an option led flash turn it on then your phone blinks when you got a call, mail or sms

This solution does not work. Already turned on LED for alarms under "Accessibility" but still doesn't blink when call comes in or alarm or SMS/iMessage. Bug?
Working on mine. Try turning it off and back on again. If that doesn't work Reset your iPhone: Hold down the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.
Is your flashlight working in Control Center?
Nope. Reset doesn't work on either my iPhone 5 but also a friends iPhone 4. Flash light on from control center works. I believe it was working when I had the beta versions installed prior.
Are you a developer? If not, did you put your iPhone in DFU mode and upgraded it as a new iPhone?
Yes, but that's not it. It's just not my iPhone 5 , another friends iPhone 4 (updated using regular release iOS 7) also doesn't blink when call comes in now. It did prior to iOS 7.
And mine does work. Try the DFU restore with yours and see if it works.

Got it! It only works when the screen is locked! Didn't notice that. Stupid me.
