why wont my facebook app update with IOS7

What do you mean?

Your feed will not update?

If so, you did the first thing I would have done by deleting the app and re installing it.

If the issue is not fixed, I would next restart the phone if you have not already, by holding the power button down until you are prompted to turn it off.

Next I would restore the phone from a backup in iTunes.

I've got the SAME exact problem!! I deleted and reinstalled and I just can't get the new app with the icons on the bottom. Has anyone figured out a fix?

Has anyone come up with a solution to this yet?? I upgraded to iOS 7, but since then, I have been unable to update the Facebook iOS app from v.5 to v.6.5. When I go into the App store on the web or on my iPhone 5, it says it's already installed, and says I have the 6.5 version. But on my phone under Settings, it says I only have v.5. I have tried deleting the app from my phone and rebooting several times, but I can't break out of v.5. Can you please help me get unstuck so I can put 6.5 on my phone? This problem has existed since I upgraded my phone to iOS 7.

I had someone in Apple tech support trying to find an answer, but he just came back with a big goose-egg on my question, other than suggesting I go to Facebook Help (like that wasn't the very first thing I did long before calling Apple). And of course, Facebook Help is a misnomer.

I've had the same problem and need help! I tried logging out of my Apple ID and every restore/reset I between. I hope we figure out a solution!
