Happy with iOS 7 on iPhone 4S so far
I took the plunge and updated my 32 GB iPhone 4S last night and so far I am very happy with it.
I know many people don't like the colors or the way the apps zoom in and out when you open and close them, but it actually works for me. To each their own I guess.
The update went fine, took about 90 minutes total for the update and then the restore from my backup, lots of apps, songs and pictures so it took awhile for it to finish. Once it was done, everything came back and I have spent some time turning off the stuff I don't need, Facebook doesn't need to know my location, I don't need my apps to update on the fly and kill the battery and stuff like that.
Battery life has been great, at least as good as my phone on 6.1.2. So far all apps seem to be working just fine.
The only thing that bugs me is that they seem to have taken away the option to add all songs to a playlist from an album or the songs list. I used this feature a lot before. I put in a feedback form so maybe it will come back in a later update.
In general no complaints and I am glad I updated to 7.
