downloaded ios 7 yesterday and havingproble ms

downloaded ios7 yesterday and lost 3G contacted apple who told me to restore and start the software procedure again. Got 3G back but then lost text tone all alerts are on etc and now the iphone 4 has went into recovery mode

Tried to restore a few times and im getting an error message my iphone will not switch on as it still in recovery mode please help losing patience..really shoudlnt have to download for a third time
