Autofill not working on iPhone

Recently I synced my Facebook contacts with my iphone contacts. After doing this I noticed that Safari autofill began using my facebook email address instead of my personal email address located in my contact card on the iphone. To avoid this I unlinked my facebook contact from my iphone contact. The iphone contact still exists normally without any facebook information, but now autofill doesn't fill anything in the email box of various websites. I have tried turning autofill off and then back on as well as switching the autofill contact to someone else and then back to me with no luck. Any ideas?
