I had the same problem, I went to settings, general, languages and changed the

Arabic language setting to qwerty.. Try that and I hope it works for you

Thanks for the picture. I can't duplicate this problem. Does Arabic display correctly in web pages?

Try switching the iphone OS to Arabic and then back to English to see if that helps. If not, try resetting the iPhone.
