Q: Remote app it's locked on the portrait mode after updated with IOS7

Have the same problem, Remote app is stuck in portrait mode on ipad 4 Retina after IOS7 update.

All other apps no problem. No screen-orientation lock on! Also other bugs in Remote with the artist/songs tabs not registering when pressed until search tab pressed. Looks like Remote was not updated with IOS7?

This app simply no longer rotates to Landscape orientation after the iOS7 update. None of us is doing anything incorrectly...this app no longer rotates to Landscape.

Please fix this iOS7 compatibility bug, many of us use Remote for controlling our music/video servers via our iPads, etc.

it was great so please make apple as userfrienldy as before.

I can absolutely confirm that it is not the orientation lock, all other apps rotate fine, as indeed did this app prior to iOS7.

Please fix it, it looks daft now, and I'm sure that many people like me use the Remote app, because the Music app is so hopeless at handling shared libraries. Thanks.

FIX NEEDED

I purchased a latest gen MacMini and two iPad minis as my music system.  Now the iRemote app under iOS7 is locked in portrait mode and the touch screen response for the artist, song, album etc is intermittent at best.

Apple What were you thinking?

NOT IMPRESSED!  We want our old landscape mode back in iRemote.  PLEASE!

Good news:

The latest update has a rewritten Remote for iOS 7, and it does proper landscape mode again.
