Q: No flashlight or calculator in my control center--did I somehow delete them when I set things up?

Downloaded OS 7, then went into utilities to set things the way I like them. Later I noticed that my control center is missing the flashlight and the calculator. I am using the newest iPad. I have google all I can think of, but no one else seems to have had this problem. Did I somehow toggle them off?
