QuickTime stuck on finishing!

Ok, I record for youtube. Mostly minecraft plugins and such, I was about to start my tutorial but I wanted to test my audio so I took a short 10 second video to review. When I finished the test video my quicktime was stuck on finishing! I thought maybe my computer is slow so I left it for a full hour yet nothing happend. Please help!
