iTunes states I have to turn off "Find iPhone" app on the iPad setting before resetting my iPad.  Well, now that my iPad is disabled I cannot assess its setting soooo I erased the iPad device from the "Find iPhone" app on my iPhone and went to iCloud on my desktop and it confirmed that iPad wasn't listed anymore on that app.  Yet the message in iTunes remains the same and I am still locked out of my iPad.

 

Hey Apple, love everything you do but can you just email me a very tough personal question to reset my Passcode, this is painful....

 

Help would be very much appreciated.
