Siri/Voice control kept popping up randomly after I installed ios7! HELP!

I installed iOS 7 recently and I am extremely frustrated because the Siri/voice control will pop up randomly ! There were also times when the volume adjusted by itself! I'm extremely frustrated ! I tried many ways to fix this problem! I even switch off and on my phone several times but it still didn't work. I feel if this problems continues I can damage my phone anytime soon anyone facing the Same problems or have any suggestions to fix it?
