Deleting photos from Camera roll

I have about 1,000 photos on my phone camera roll. The same 1,000 photos are also in "my photo stream" on the phone. And the same 1,000 are also on my Mac in iPhoto.

How do I delete those 1,000 photos from my phone but making sure tey are not deleted from the computer (if they synch each other).
