Sep 23, 2013 7:10 AM in response to Teng14by pedro d,Hello there, Teng14.
The following Knowledge Base article should provide some troubleshooting steps for you to try resolving your issue:

Troubleshooting AirDrop
Verify that your iOS device supports AirDrop and is using iOS 7:
- Ensure that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on.
- When using Contacts Only, if you aren't able to locate a nearby user, ensure that both of you are signed into an iCloud account.
- If you still can't locate a nearby user using Contacts Only, consider setting AirDrop to Everyone.
Note: AirDrop for iOS supports only iOS 7 devices. You cannot use AirDrop on iOS to share with OS X, and OS X users can't use AirDrop to share with iOS devices.
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.
Cheers,
Pedro D.

Sep 30, 2013 5:37 AM in response to pedro dby donny,Same issue here. My wife's phone see my phone with Everyone selected but not contacts only.
"If you still can't locate a nearby user using Contacts Only, consider setting AirDrop to Everyone."
This option works, but it should work the other way without having to choose this option. I'd be interested in knowing what it is looking for in a contact to make this work so I can see if it is missing from what my wife has in her contact info for me.
