Jan 20, 2014 11:27 AM in response to Oz Nickoby Lowbflat,Thanks for the hint. Your instructions do not work - at least they didn't for me - but reading them did allow me to figure it out.
The Ubiquity folder isn't in the Library of any Mac that I checked. It's in the User Library - big difference. I couldn't empty the Trash before Reboot but, once I restarted my Mac, I was able to empty Trash.
It did create a new Ubiqity folder in the user Library/Application Support and, when I logged back into iCloud, I was able to access my Pages documents again.
Thanks
For those who don't know, the User Library is hidden by default since OS 10.7. There are a few ways to make it visible depending on your OS. This is a good article.

Mar 13, 2014 10:00 AM in response to Lowbflatby Pastor Twa,My issue is one of everything was working fluid between my iPad, iPhone 5 and macbook pro. iCloud synced quickly between all three. All are updated. Even now iCloud syncs fine between iPad and iPhone but I am having issues with my macbook getting in on the action. I changed internet providers yesterday and it was still working after that but today all of a sudden it is not updating any changes being made to my pages documents as it did before. It appears my macbook is not communicating with iCloud as it should but it says I am connected.

Dec 9, 2014 5:09 PM in response to kepardueby spookycool,I had the similar problem with one of my folders even though it had whole night to sync. Wasted my 2 hrs, i checked internet, rebooted my devices, logged in my icloud account to see if the document is there.
Then i thought to trigger open the document may help sync. And that did the trick.
I guess its like the Windows days where if something is not working, just close it and open it again. Atleast with OS X if we give it enough time to save or manually save the data/files, it doesn't loose things. ALSO I GUESS AS SOFTWARE ARE NOTHING BUT LINES OF CODE, i give benefit of doubt that it doesn't always get there. So triggering things makes it do what it should do.
Just a simple overview may help with the painstaking technology we have been coping with from last decade.

Dec 10, 2014 5:43 AM in response to kepardueby d.gervaz,Hi, i'm really sorry to put this here but i dont know why it doesn let my start a new thread -.- please help me
Wich is the difference between do a backup or simply use the "icloud photo library" (beta) in order to have photos on all my devices (an my future devices)?
I mean, the library will upload in the cloud after every pic taken, while the backup take hours and hours to be complete.
Also contact and email, are "backupable" without backup, I don't understand very well these differences.
Someone can help me?
Thanks
