Did Apple just opened the flood gates of ****?

For some reason I am starting to receive all apple notifications to my inbox and I have not changed any of my notifications on my profile.

Any ideas if this is a problem with your smtp server? Please help, I have all setting set to NO notification and I am still receiving emails.
