How do I deactivate voice over on my iPhone 4S? when I touch screen voice over speaks what I touch. Help pls

Press the Home Button 3 Times...

Then go to...

Settings > General > Accessibility > Voice Over > Off

activated voice over by mistake on iPhone 4S.When I touch screen it speaks out what I touch so can't deactivate. I tried clicking on voice over off button but now when I touch it speaks. So can't deactivate. And now screen auto lock so when I touch it says lock if I touch above it says time etc. how do I deactivate voice over help. Worked for me. Just told Siri to "Deactivate Siri" . Deactivated automatically. Went back to the home button and my home screen came up.

"Deactivate VoiceOver"?
