I have really major problem I am using the app "AppMe" on my IPAD recently when I went on the app it says online connection is not available and I can't reinstall again coz my contact will be deleted please can anyone help me it's really urgent?

I am using AppMe on my IPAD4 and recently it's showing online connection not available and I don't wanna delete it and reinstall because the contacts will be deleted?
