I updated my iphone 4 to ios 7 yesterday and i already got 4 or 5 temperature warnings. even without even using it. does someone have the same problem? is this an ios issue? my iphone does not seem to be warmer than before.

... and when I try to sync with itunes it shuts down an reboots again and again. (itunes is updated!). I never had any of these problems before. Must be a serious bug in ios.
Until now I counted about 20 temperature warnings and the iphone had at least 10 shutdowns when connected with my iMac.
I have iP 4 but now with ios 7.1.1 tips
1. Turn off iPhone
2. Close in box
3. Add next box
4. Put in fridge for about hour
5. Take out
6. Connect to charger or iMac.
