Q: 10.8.5 OSX update - can't access iCloud docs (Pages + Numbers)

With the recent update to 10.8.5, I've found we can no longer access our Pages and Numbers documents from iCloud. They're there when we try to open them (all listed, with "waiting" appearing underneath them, or a solid grey bar, which I assume means it's waiting to download).

This problem does not happen with another iCloud account we have (those Pages and Numbers documents are available from multiple computers).

Apple products used: iMac, MacBook Air, iPad, iPhone

Any ideas?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

If you are using Safari to access icloud.com...

With Safari open, press Comand + Option + E on your keyboard to empty the Safari cache.

Quit and relaunch Safari, try iCloud.com

If that didn't help, from your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.

    Click:  Remove All Website Data

Then quit and relaunch Safari again, try iCloud.com

If that doesn't help, on your Mac, open System Preferecesn > iCloud

Deselect the box next to Documents & Data then reselect it. Give iCloud a few minutes to re sync the data then try iCloud.com.
