Can't move and scale photos in wallpaper on ios7. This applies to phone and pad. A bug?

iPad 2, iOS 7

I hope Apple fixes this. You can always...and should...report the issue to Apple.

The wallpaper picture is zoomed although you set the resolution equal to the iPad's screen. iPad's function itself cannot resize or scaling. You have some job to fix it yourselves.

    1) Goto Setting > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion > set to "On"

    2) You have to resize your image in your computer then sync to iPad again. The dimension must be "square", length of each side = length of screen resolution.

For example, for iPad 2, screen resolution is 1024 x 768. So you have to create canvas size = 1024 x 1024, place your image (should be 1024 x 768) into the center of the canvas, save and sync to your iPad.  Then set your wallpaper, your image will fit the screen properly ^^

@Applelono.  I called tech support on this issue and they do not believe its a bug.

Thank you for this workaround, although I think it's ridiculous that we need to go to those lengths (Apple's fault, not yours).
